Meet whimsy

Calling all chocolate lab lovers to come check out this absolutely beautiful chocolate lab mix with a face that will melt your heart. Despite her cheerful name, Whimsy has had a rough start to life, coming from horrible conditions that left her searching for a way out. She has not let her past define her and all she is looking for is a little human love and affection. At just 7 months old and 38 pounds, Whimsy is likely to grow into a medium size pup of under 60 pounds, but her love has shown no limits. To say Whimsy is affectionate is an understatement as she would gladly crawl inside your skin and cuddle right up if she could. If you are looking for a forever best friend who will provide unconditional love, this is your girl. With typical puppy energy, Whimsy is happy to play and would do best with some structure and routine to get her adjusted to her new way of life. She happily socializes with dogs and kids. She has not been introduced to a cat since coming into rescue. Although Whimsy is still young, she is ahead of the game by being crate and house trained. Leash training is still in progress, but she is happy to accompany you on some outdoor adventures to practice all of her skills. With a little time and patience, she is sure to excel and is eager to learn anything you want to throw her way. Although she is house trained, it is important to note that accidents may still occur while adjusting to a new home environment. If you need a dog in your life who just wants to cuddle up and be by your side, Whimsy is your girl. This love bug is ready for a fresh start and a family that can reciprocate all the affection she is willing to give. Do not look any further than wonderful Whimsy. * When considering adoption, keep in mind that dogs thrive on structure and routine. They adjust much better when their owners are committed to providing consistency and stability. The adoption fee for Whimsy is $500.
