He is a youthful 3 years old, Scout sports a handsome brown and white short coat and has a medium build. He is currently around 40 lbs. making him a medium size dog who is not too big and not too small. He has that classic, intelligent herding-dog look that is impossible not to adore.Scout is a quiet, gentle, and deeply affectionate pup who may start off a bit shy with new people, but with kindness, patience, and lots of TLC, he blossoms into the most trusting, loving, and appreciative companion. He has come so far and his so sweet. He is great with other dogs as well as children and would thrive with patient, understanding furry siblings. His experiences with cats are unknown.House and leash skills are still works in progress. He will need continued guidance and positive reinforcement, but he will catch on quickly with love and consistency. He learns fast though because Scout is already crate trained.
