What we know: Mama Chiquita (2yrs) and her baby Ben (~2.5wks) transferred to CPR from From Texas With Love. Two feral chihuahuas were living under a shed being fed by an older woman in the area. With cold coming, they went to get them and found 2 remaining puppies from an initial litter of 5 belonging to Chiquita - 3 had passed. Puppy #2 passed in foster in TX.
