She is one of the most adorable dogs we've seen in a long time with her longer body and shorter legs. She’s crate trained, housetrained, and enjoys playing with other dogs. If there’s an open lap, she’ll happily claim it for some snuggles.Keon came into rescue through no fault of her own—her previous owner became homeless and was living in their car—but her heart is full of love and she’s ready to find her forever family. She would thrive with an active household who can give her the exercise and engagement she adores.She takes a minute to warm up to new people, but once you are one of her people, she loves you to the moon and back. Keon gets along great with small and medium size dogs as well as cats. She's not a fan of big dogs.Keon is doing well on the leash, though she’s still polishing her skills, and she’s a big fan of tug-of-war! She also has a whole lot of excitement waiting to greet her family when they come home—it’s impossible not to smile around her.Keon is spayed, UTD on shots, heartworm negative, and microchipped. Her new family will need to drive to Raleigh - no transports. We prefer families in NC, VA, SC, DC area, northern GA, eastern TN, and WV.
