Meet Benji 💛
Benji is a 4-year-old Lab x Shepherd mix (with maybe a little something smaller thrown in) and weighs about 40 lbs — a perfect medium-sized companion.
He originally came to us through animal control as a young pup back in 2022 and spent nearly a full year in our care before finally being adopted. Unfortunately, something didn’t work out. Recently, Benji was found running astray and picked up by animal control once again. When we tried to contact his adopters, we were never able to reach them — so through no fault of his own, Benji is back with us and once again searching for his true forever home.
And honestly… we don’t understand why he’s still waiting.
If you want to talk about a happy dog, Benji is that dog. He loves everyone and everything. He practically vibrates with excitement and joy, and is always eager to make friends. He’s affectionate, food motivated, and eager to please — he truly wants to be a good boy.
What Benji needs is simple: someone who will commit to him and give him the stability, love, and structure he deserves. In return, he’ll give you loyalty, laughter, and endless happiness.
We’ll vouch for him — Benji is a very good boy, and he’s ready for his forever home. 🐾💛
