Adopt Me This Week for $60 | Feb 9–15
Tez is a handsome 5-year-old German Shepherd mix weighing about 57 pounds. He’s a smart, loyal boy who forms strong bonds with his people and enjoys walks, outdoor adventures, and simply being by your side.
Tez is looking for an adult-only home where he can be the only pet. While he can be social and playful with other dogs in outdoor or neutral environments, he prefers not to share his home or personal items. Tez has shown resource-guarding behaviors, meaning he may become protective over things like food. With clear boundaries, consistency, and an experienced adopter who can read dog body language, he manages well and continues to make progress.
In the right environment, Tez is an incredibly devoted companion who will reward his person with loyalty, affection, and a lifelong friendship.
Tez is an All-Star dog! His adoption comes with some extra benefits at time of adoption. Their adoption appointment includes a discussion with our Training Team, and they will go home with their very own no-pull-harness and a few enrichment goodies to help get them off to a good start! Our dogs and puppies go home spayed/neutered, microchipped, heartworm tested (7 months and over), and up to date on core vaccines, heartworm, flea, and tick preventatives. Their adoption also includes a free-vet exam at one of our participating veterinarians.
