Meet phoebe, bree, and maxi
With broken hearts, we share the sudden and tragic passing of Corrine—a huge part of Real Dog Rescue and a loving foster mom for nearly 10 years. Corrine saved countless lives, opening her home again and again to dogs who needed love, safety, and a second chance. Her impact is immeasurable, and our hearts are shattered by this loss.
Corrine leaves behind four beloved dogs, all adopted from Real Dog Rescue over the years. One will be staying with a close friend, but three are in need, and our greatest hope is to find them loving forever homes—ideally straight from her home, without additional transitions after losing their mom & and their entire worlds being turned upside down. These dogs all came from rough beginnings and then learned love & security with their mom Corrine for all these years. Please help us keep her babies safe and secure when she cannot.
Maxi – a spunky, smaller-to-medium Chihuahua mix, about 6 years old.
Bree – a gentle, sweet hound mix, about 7, a little shy at first but full of love. Medium to large.
Phoebe – a Papillon mix, about 8, incredibly affectionate and very bonded to Bree
Our biggest wish is for them to stay together, though we know that may be a big ask. What matters most is that they find love, stability, and comfort after such a loss.
