Meet churro
Sweet boy Churro was found in the streets of the Bahamas in bad shape. When one of our founders was walking through town he started following her, he continued to follow her over two hours. He was struggling, limping and clearly beat up but he would not leave her side, like he knew she could help him. Which is exactly what happened next. A series of miracles to get this sweet boy to the states and now he here with us in a loving foster home. Our vets think he is about 8 or 9 yrs old. He is heartworm positive and has a few other medical issues like tick borne illnesses but we are working on them all and getting him healthy. He is already starting to feel better and has begun to even play! He is a very special and smart boy who deserves the world after living a very tough life on the streets.
