Sweet puppy Benny’s story is one of heartbreak turned into hope. This little 7 month old guy was found all alone in the middle of nowhere Alabama — skin and bones, half of his hair missing, and in terrible shape. We don’t know how he ended up there, but thankfully one of our wonderful team members spotted him, stopped, and scooped him up to safety.

With love, good food, and lots of care, Benny has blossomed into a happy, healthy little dog. He’s now neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, and ready for a forever home where he’ll never be forgotten again.

Benny is currently in a foster home with dogs, cats, and kids — and he gets along with everyone! He’s a gentle, affectionate boy who just wants to be near his people and enjoy the good life he’s finally discovered.

If you’re looking for a cute pup with a big heart and an incredible story of resilience, Benny is your boy.
