Betsy Barddock was pulled from ACCT Philly`s Urgent list after she was found tied to a pole in front of a police station. She had painful broken teeth and a tumor. We have removed those teeth and the tumor. Betsy is a sweet medium-sized lady with an adorable underbite and cute perky ears who looks forward to seeing our team and being outside for a walk. She likes toys and pets, takes treats gently and is housetrained. She is currently keeping warm and cozy in a foster home. Her foster describes her as a lovable pup! She is potty trained and has a great balance of playful and relaxed in one great dog.
