Where there`s a Juliet, there`s gotta be a Romeo, and Juliet is currently accepting resumes for this position. Her two-legged Romeo will be patient and sweet, kind and gentle, willing to let her take things at her own speed since her experience with people seems like it`s been a bit rough and unkind. But she would likely enjoy having a four-legged Romeo around as well — volunteers have noted that she`s a very different dog when there are other dogs around... She brightens up in their presence,and they seem to give her more self-confidence and security. They bring out her zoomies and silliness and help her feel more comfortable around her people. Despite her shyness, volunteers are happy to report that she`s slowly learning to trust people and is the sweetest of ladies when she does.
