Meet buddy
Buddy is a short haired jack russell terrier (mix or pure bred?) given to my friend several months because he was not getting along with a cat. He is well behaved and is learning commands. He’s very smart! He is very treat driven and we are using the clicker method and positive affirmations. He is a perfect weight and does not overeat and lets you know when he needs to potty. He’s full of energy and needs more exercise than my friend can offer, as she is elderly. But even without adequate exercise he is not destructive. He has not seen a vet for monetary reasons. He’s a really good boy with no behavioral problems such as barking when he’s bored. He just needs a home where he can get plenty of activity and be his sweet self! Whether he will get along with other dogs or children is unknown. He definitely does not get along with cats as his prey drive is high compatible with his breed. He likes to be by your side or in your lap and would make a great companion!
