Meet luna
Luna is a 10-year-old, about 60-pound sweetheart who is as gentle as they come. She’s easygoing and kind, though a bit shy at first, and once she feels comfortable she’ll happily offer her belly for rubs or gently place a paw on you for attention. Luna had uneventful dog introductions while in care, but she does have some history of resource guarding in a home setting, so she’ll likely be happiest as the only dog where she can fully relax. That said, we’re always happy to talk more about your resident dog and arrange a meet if you’re interested. She is potty trained, has never needed to be crated, and does well with kids, though she’s truly looking for a quiet, low-stress home where she can enjoy her golden years in peace. Luna would make a wonderful companion for someone who appreciates a calm, affectionate presence.
