Introducing Elphaba! 💚🐾 If “cute overload” were a teeny puppy, it would be her. Elphaba is impossibly adorable with her big, expressive eyes, perfectly oversized ears, and tiny little face that just begs for kisses. She is a true stage-5 clinger—a certified velcro dog who wants to be snuggled, cuddled, and adored at all times. She melts right into your arms and looks at you like you’re her whole world.

At just 12 weeks old, this Chihuahua pup is already showing off her big personality. She’s smart, funny, and wonderfully expressive—she’ll happily let you know what she wants (usually more love). She’s friendly, gentle, and does great with kids, cats, and other dogs.

Elphaba is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and ready to find a forever home where she can be held like the precious little baby she is. Whoever adopts her is about to be obsessed.

RPACI is a non profit rescue, and currently possess our 501C3 to operate as such. Please visit us on Facebook: Rebecca's Paws and Claws in Remlap and our website: www.rpacirescue.org. All dogs from this rescue are transported from Alabama to the New England area and delivered in RI. Each dog will come fully vetted. Price also includes transportation and a Health Certificate as required by law. There is a 100.00 deposit required at the time of adoption to secure the transport crate. The remainder of the fee will be paid once you pick up the dog. Naturally the 100.00 comes off the total owed at pick up. It will be refunded if for any reason you decide you do not want to adopt, unless the transport has already left.with the dog. To get a application please go to:
