This handsome 6.5-year-old, 40 lb Border Collie is looking for his forever home. Togo came to us as an owner surrender after his previous owner could no longer care for him.
Togo is a sweet, intelligent, and affectionate boy who truly shines when he has a strong bond with his person. He tends to connect deeply with one primary handler, so he would do best in a single-owner home where he can build a close, trusting relationship and feel secure.
Togo thrives in calmer, structured environments and would love a home outside the city with a slower pace of life. A rural setting, large property, or quiet area where he can enjoy space, routine, and decompression would be ideal for him. He enjoys walks, outdoor time, and having a predictable, easygoing lifestyle.
Togo does well with other dogs and would be happy to have a canine companion. He’s very smart, eager to please, and would do best with an adopter who has herding breed experience and understands the importance of mental stimulation, structure, and continued training.
After his activity needs are met, Togo is content to relax and enjoy quality time with his person — making him a loyal, devoted companion for the right home!
