At 7 years old and about 58 lbs, Rocco is ready to trade the challenges of his past for the calm, joyful rhythm of a middle-aged gentleman. He has been through some tough rounds, from missing patches of fur to adjusting to shelter life, but like any true champion, he is resilient, spirited, and full of heart.
Rocco is a confident, moderate energy dog with soulful eyes that show both curiosity and warmth. He walks beautifully on a leash, enjoys gentle affection, and loves to play, running, zooming, and showing off his goofy side while also knowing how to relax quietly by your side. He thrives on companionship that lets him show his fun, confident personality.
Do not let his compact size fool you. At no taller than 2 feet, Rocco may be small, but he is a mean green fighting machine…well, at least he was back in his earlier days. Now he is channeling that energy into play, cuddles, and brightening your day.
Rocco has not had a chance to participate in play groups, so it is currently unknown how he would do with other dogs. If you have dogs in your home, a meet and greet is a requirement.

⚠️ Important: Rocco should not be left with toys unsupervised. He has a tendency to shred both soft and hard toys and may attempt to eat pieces.
