Meet Willa Bleu!
Willa Bleu is a 7-month-old American Staffordshire Terrier mix with a heart as big as her adorable, blocky head. She has the most stunning blue-gray coat, bright white chest, and the kindest, most hopeful eyes you will ever see. She currently weighs 39 pounds and is expected to reach approximately 55 pounds full-grown.
Willa Bleu is a tri-pawed pup who lost her back right leg due to a severe fracture as a very young puppy. Willa has absolutely no idea she is any different! She tackles stairs, runs zoomies, plays tug and fetch, and explores the world with total confidence and joy. Her resilience is inspiring, and she is all love despite her rough beginnings.
Willa Bleu loves other dogs and currently lives happily with four dogs of all sizes and ages. She has also been around children ages 9, 12, and 15 and loved every minute of it! Willa Bleu’s favorite things, you ask?

*Toys – she’s an equal opportunity toy lover- loves them all from A-Z!
* Snuggles- nothing better than a good nap and warm snuggles!
Training-wise, Willa Bleu is off to a great start! She’s already mastered sit, is working on other basic commands, and walks like a dream on leash with no pulling. She is doing very well with kennel training, sleeping quietly at night, and keeping her space clean. She’s nearly housetrained and will go to the door to let you know when she needs outside. Willa Bleu needs a bit more reassurance when her people are away. She doesn’t bark a lot, just when she hears an unfamiliar sound, which improves the more she gets used to her surroundings.
Willa Bleu is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on all age-appropriate vaccinations, flea and tick preventives, and heartworm prevention. Her adoption fee is $ 275. Fill out your application today at: PawsitiveTailsKC.org
