Meet Tyler
2–3 years old | 15 lbs | Arriving in Morristown, NJ on December 28th
Tyler is a quiet, gentle pup who has already come a long way — and now he's ready to take the next step toward the loving home he deserves. He was rescued by The Sato Project from a heartbreaking hoarding case in Manatí, Puerto Rico, where he lived in a small home with more than 30 other dogs.
After such a tough beginning, Tyler is now healthy and preparing to fly to Morristown, NJ, where he hopes a kind, patient family will be waiting to welcome him.
Tyler is shy and timid, especially in new situations, but there’s a softness in him that shines through. With time, consistency, and gentle love, he will begin to trust and show his true personality — a quiet companion who just wants to feel safe.
He would do best in a calm, understanding home, possibly with another gentle dog to help guide him. He doesn't need much — just someone who will give him space, patience, and the love he's never truly known.
