Meet louie
Louie is a sweet, lovable, active, and loyal dog. He loves to play with his ball, go on hikes/walks, and sniff! He is highly intelligent and loves to train and is food motivated. Louie would do well with someone who has experience with training dogs. He does experience separation anxiety from being a rescue that we have been working on daily. Louie would be great with someone who has patience and is willing to take the time to help him learn. He has been doing wonderful in his obedience classes. He needs compassion, love, and care! He is 1 year and 9 months! We adopted him from a shelter and he has added a lot of fun into our routine. We were told that he would be good with cats as we have 2 cats. Louie gets excited by our cats and they have not gotten along as we may have hoped. A vet recently prescribed him medication to help with his anxiety, which has definitely made a difference! Otherwise he really is a sweetie! He loves to be cozy and snuggle on the couch!
