Twister is a beautiful, friendly girl who has been through more than most—and come out the other side as a happy, social dog ready for her forever home.
She’s great with dogs of all sizes, enjoys group walks, and is also good with cats. She’s the kind of dog who easily becomes your companion and fits into daily life.

Twister came into a high-intake shelter pregnant, and the stress caused her to lose her puppies. Once she was safe, she quickly showed her true personality—affectionate, easygoing, and eager to connect.
She thrives in a social environment and would do well in a home with other pets or regular activity.
Good fit: someone looking for a friendly, social dog who enjoys companionship and being part of everyday life.
Adoption process: All adoptions are completed prior to transport. Dogs are picked up at designated transport locations.
If an adoption doesn’t work out (rare, but life happens), we always take our dogs back.
Location: Oklahoma (available to approved out-of-state adopters via transport)
Health: Fully vetted (spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm tested)
Adoption fee: $450 (includes transport + vetting)
Bonus: Each adoption includes a 30-minute phone consultation with a professional trainer
