She wanted Rusty to find a new home and not end up in a shelter, so she surrendered him to Loved Again Pets. Rusty is the best little dog! He is 100% potty trained and gets along with other dogs, cats, birds, kids, and people in general. He loves to play ball and will bring it back to you.
