Hi, I’m Stix! I’m a pretty energetic boy who loves to play, but I also have a chilled, laid-back side, as well. I love to play fetch (I’m a pro at it, by the way) and I can’t get enough of cuddling up with my humans. I’ll bring the ball back to you with the biggest smile, and I’m always ready for another round. When playtime is over, though, I’m totally happy to curl up on the couch and snooze away the rest of the day. I would really like to be the center of your attention and the only pet in the home, please!I get really excited to meet new people, and I’m always thrilled when my humans come home. I’ve got a smile that’s guaranteed to brighten your day, and I’m super friendly with everyone I meet. I’m not a fan of being left alone for too long, but don’t worry, I’m not destructive -- and I`ve even starting getting used to a crate when my people are away. But I still prefer to have some company around!While outside time is awesome, I’m not a big fan of long walks. A short break outdoors to stretch my legs is all I need before I’m ready to head back home. I’m really easygoing and low-maintenance, so I’m great for homes that are either high-energy or more laid-back. I think I’d do best as the only dog in the household. Other dogs and furry friends can stress me out sometimes, and I’m also not sure about my history with small children.
