Meet Victor!
Victor is a special senior boy with the sweetest soul and so much love left to give. This little “chubby” guy has the cutest bounce in his step and the gentlest spirit you could ever meet.
Victor is looking for something extra special, a medical foster or a forever home where he can comfortably retire and be loved. He came from the shelter heartworm positive, and his body has been through a lot. Despite that, his heart remains full, and he continues to show nothing but love and gratitude.
He is easygoing, gentle, and truly just wants to be by your side. Victor enjoys slow walks where he can sniff and explore, lounging on his cozy dog bed, and soaking up all the pets and belly rubs he can get. When you give him attention, he just melts into your hands.
He has done well with other dogs, enjoys good food and treats, and is happiest living a simple life, laying close to his person, enjoying the little things, and feeling safe.
Victor was saved from a euthanasia list in Houston, Texas, and is now waiting for someone willing to open their heart and home to him. Whether it’s as a foster or forever family, he deserves a soft place to land.
He is fully vetted, neutered, and up to date on vaccinations. Support and guidance will be provided for his medical needs.
If you have room in your heart for a gentle senior who just wants love, comfort, and companionship, Victor is waiting for you. Please reach out to learn more about fostering or giving him the peaceful, loving home he deserves.
