Meet Dove!
Dove is a beautiful girl with the sweetest markings and an even sweeter personality. She’s playful, energetic, and full of life, but also loves her quiet moments cuddled up close to her person.
Dove has a fun, silly side and enjoys being part of whatever you’re doing, especially if it involves food. She’ll happily sit by your side in the kitchen as your official taste tester and clean-up helper. She loves treats, has a fast recall, and is both crate trained and house trained.
She’s also wonderfully calm during bath time and overall a very good girl. Dove has a gentle, affectionate nature and especially loves curling up on the bed for snuggles. She is dog friendly and would do well in a family environment
Dove does have some resource guarding around food, so she does best with structure during mealtimes, such as being fed separately or in her crate. With this simple management, she continues to thrive.
Dove was saved from a euthanasia list in Houston, Texas, and is now safe in foster care while waiting for her forever home.
She is fully vetted, spayed, up to date on all vaccinations, and has been maintained on heartworm prevention. She is available for out-of-state transport to the right adopter.
