Thumbelina - 23935 - Kennel 318 - Arrived November 7, 2026 - Rat Terrier mix - black and white - female - 12 years 7 months old - 22 lbs - Spayed - Up to date on vaccines - Heartworm negative

Thumbelina is a petite, sweet-faced girl with a black head and back, a white chest and legs, tiny tan eyebrow dots, and big, soft ears that tip at the top. Her muzzle has gone silver, and her dark, gentle eyes look at you with a calm that makes you want to sit down beside her.

Thumbelina was surrendered to Cobb Animal Services and arrived on November 7, 2026. At 12 years and 7 months old and 22 pounds, she has spent more than a decade being a dog, and it is so sad that she should be spending her golden years in a cage. A girl who has given so many years of companionship deserves a soft bed and a quiet spot of her own, not a kennel.

Thumbelina is very calm and quiet, and she is house trained, dog friendly, and cat friendly. She still has a lot of love to give, and she is ready to share it with someone who will take their time with her. A dog who is gentle with everyone in the house is a rare find, and Thumbelina is exactly that.

Adopting a senior dog is one of the most rewarding things you can do. Seniors are already who they are going to be, and no one is more grateful for a warm lap and a kind voice than a dog who has waited for one. Thumbelina is spayed, up to date on vaccines, and heartworm negative. Come meet her in kennel 318. She has waited long enough.
