Gizmo is a 2 year old, black and-white Whippet mix, looking for his next loving home. Gizmo is a sweet, affectionate companion who loves being close to his people. He can be a little shy when meeting new people, but with a gentle approach, he warms up quickly. He enjoys being brushed, playing with tennis balls, and learning new things. He already knows sit and is eager to continue training! With his medium energy level, Gizmo can keep up with activities but is equally happy lounging around the house. Hes low vocal, good in the car, and house and crate trained. He may have an occasional accident while adjusting to a new routine and was previously learning to ring a bell when he needed to go outside. Gizmo previously lived with an adult and teenager. He has limited experience with young children and other animals, but may be willing to share his home with gentle, respectful kids or pets. He can live in any size home, including an apartment, as long as he gets daily exercise and plenty of companionship. Gizmo could be a wonderful match for a first time dog owner looking for a loving, easygoing new best friend.
