Meet ernie
MEET ERNIE! A 3-year-old terrier mix who is basically a Hallmark movie boyfriend in a dog suit.Ernie is a sensitive little gentleman who enjoys quiet evenings, good company, and a movie on the couch. Want butter on your popcorn? Go right ahead. Ernie isn`t here to judge your dietary choices. He`s just happy to be invited. He`s also perfectly fine with other dogs and cats joining the couch party. There`s plenty of room for everyone, although he does believe the best seat is the one closest to you. When it`s time for bed, Ernie is refreshingly low-maintenance. He`ll happily curl up in his kennel, sleep through the night, and let you sleep in. No 5 AM wake-up calls. No dramatic demands for breakfast. He`s a gentleman, not a rooster.Prefer a cuddle buddy in your bed? Ernie is happy to accommodate that arrangement, too. He`ll even let you have your side of the bed. Probably.Ernie isn`t looking for wild adventures or a packed social calendar. He`s looking for someone who appreciates the finer things in life: a comfortable couch, a peaceful home, a good night`s sleep, and a little love.Basically, Ernie is the boyfriend you`ve always wanted. He listens, doesn`t hog the remote, gets along with your friends, and is perfectly happy staying in on a Saturday night.Apply to adopt Ernie at www.zeusrescues.org . He`s ready to find his forever couch. Thanks! Michelle#zeusrescues
