🐾❤️ MEET REMI — 7 POUNDS OF CUDDLES, CHARM & CHIHUAHUA PERSONALITY! ❤️🐾
Looking for a little sidekick with a big heart and an appreciation for the finer things in life? Meet Remi! This adorable 3-year-old, 7-pound Chihuahua mix is ready to find someone to call his very own. 🥰
❤️ Remi’s idea of a perfect day? A little outdoor adventure, plenty of sniffing, a nice leisurely walk, and then curling up with his favorite person for some quality cuddle time!
🐶 A little more about this handsome guy:
🐕 Good with other dogs! He prefers canine friends his own size or calm, easygoing big dogs.
👧 Good with older kids. Young children make him nervous.
🐱 Cats are unknown.
🚽 Working on potty training and doing best with a consistent schedule.
🏠 Crate trained! He may have a few things to say when you first leave him, but he settles down quickly.
🦮 Walks nicely on a leash!
🎓 Knows SIT and OFF!
❤️ Loves cuddling and spending time with his people.
🌳 Loves getting outside for walks, sniffing adventures, and exploring.

Remi is very people-oriented, but he’s not necessarily a clingy little shadow. He loves affection and companionship but also appreciates having some personal space when he wants it.
He can be a little skittish when meeting new people, but give him a little time and he’ll warm up before you know it! He’s also head shy, so gentle handling and allowing him to approach on his own terms will help him feel comfortable and secure.
🏡 Remi is looking for a patient, loving home that understands little dogs sometimes need a little extra time to feel safe. Older, respectful children, and potentially a compatible canine companion who matches his preferred play style, could make his dreams come true!

If you are interested in adopting one of our dogs, the first thing to do is submit an application for approval. All dogs available for adoption are in foster homes. Please do not visit the rescue location as it is a privately run boarding, training and grooming facility. Individual meet and greets are scheduled by appointment only for approved adopters
