cricket

CricketMaleFeistDOB: 6/13/2025Adoption fee: $200Introducing... Cricket! Cricket is an energetic and curious boy. He loves people, he never meets a stranger and he will show you how excited he gets by wiggling his butt! He thinks he is a lap dog and he will try to sit in your lap! Cricket could benefit from some basic training, he pulls on the leash but only when he gets over-excited. He enjoys being outside with you, either that's going on walks, or spending quality time together! He is a busy body, so an active family or someone that will be willing to take him on long walks or burn energy would be best for him! If Cricket sounds like the perfect addition to your life, come by and meet him! Please read the animal bios completely before requesting additional information as we do our best to answer the most frequently ask questions in these bios. In order to adopt one of our animals an application must be submitted and approved. You can find these applications by going to http://humanemorgan.org/index.php?page=adoption ABOUT ADOPTING FROM THE HSMC: The shelter address is 1170 Fairground Rd. Madison, GA 30650. For more information on any of our pets, please feel free to email us at INFO@HUMANEMORGAN.ORG give us a call at 706-343-9977. All dogs are heartworm negative, current on vaccines/dewormings, and microchipped. All cats are current on vaccines/deworming, and microchipped. We are open 12pm-5pm Sunday-Friday and 10 am-5pm on Saturday, we schedule our last adoption at 4pm everyday to allow our staff enough time to feed and walk dogs. We are an animal shelter and therefore are not able to individually potty train our residents. Many adult dogs do arrive “house broken” however due to animal behavior any change in environment will make an emotional impact on the animals and therefore initiate unwanted behaviors during the acclamation period. Please keep this in mind. Puppies do not have the biological maturity to maintain absolute bladder or bowel control and will require a certain degree of potty training and house breaking. Please consider the time and commitment it takes to provide the necessary building blocks for these special babies, prior to submitting your application. If you have any questions please email us at info@humanemorgan.org and provide name of the animal you are interested in, in the subject line.
