Meet ethel
Meet Ethel! This cutie is around 4 years old. She was found with several other dogs, dumped in rural Arkansas. She was extremely overbred, skinny, and scared. Wherever she came from was a scary place. Now it takes her a little bit to warm up. But don't let that shy you away from her! Once she warms up she is super goofy, loves to hop around, and be playful. This girl deserves to live her days out, happy, in a home where she'll be loved and cared for. She's working on potty-training.
