You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. If interested in adopting, read about our Adoption Process and complete an Adoption Application on the Mo-Kan website.  A Mo-Kan application must be filled out to begin the process.(Sending an "Inquiry" via Petfinder does not constitute an application.)   Pluto is full of joy and has so much love to give!  And how can you look at that adorable face and not love him back? And if you if you don't fall instantly in love with his face just wait until you see his adorable high speed tail wiggle! He is around 2 years old and we believe he may be a Mini Aussie/Border Collie mix.  This boy has excellent house manners, doesn't beg or jump on people.  He is kennel trained and doing well with leash training.  He is neutered and current on vaccines and preventative. Pluto enjoys playing with his foster siblings but would also enjoy all the attention as an only pet.  There are cats in his current foster home but he is still learning not to react to them, so any feline sibling would need to be very dog savvy.   He loves to play with toys of all kinds and is also food motivated. Pluto is active and athletic and will need plenty of exercise and mental stimulation.   But he is also a wonderful cuddle buddy and is calm and is good to chill on his own with a chew toy.  He had had a lot of recent change and can get overstimulated,  so for now he needs a home with no small children.  He will require a fenced yard to keep him safe. Pluto is being fostered in the Springfield, MO area.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 1, 2026, 5:48 pm
