Meet george
Meet George, a 4-year-old, 95-pound black Lab mix with a big goofy heart and a mind of his own! George is calm and easygoing most of the time, with fun bursts of energy when he's ready to play. Tennis balls are his favorite thing, and he'll catch them right out of the air. He also loves a good game of chase, lounging on his "perch" to watch the world outside the window, and stealing the occasional sock, shoe or dish towel. He can be a little skeptical when he first meets someone, but he warms up and is comfortable with people coming and going. George is house-trained, doesn't need a crate, knows sit, paw and down, and walks nicely on a leash. He'd do best in a home with a yard or an owner who can give him plenty of exercise, and he's fine with older kids but shouldn't live with cats. George has shared his life with his sister, Gracie Belle, for four years, and we'd love to see them adopted together if possible. However, we are open to separate adoptions.
