Meet merlin chase
Merlin is a sweet, goofy, and generally calm 8‑year‑old Siberian Husky. I adopted him from an AKC breeder in California when he was 8 weeks old, and he has been a wonderful companion ever since. He loves sunbathing, playing with his tennis ball, and going for neighborhood walks. He has excellent indoor manners, is fully house‑trained, and is not destructive. Although he dislikes crates and will work his way out of them, he has never shown escape‑artist behavior—no fence jumping, digging, or attempts to leave the yard.
Merlin has lived with other dogs his entire life and historically did well, especially with confident dogs. After losing his longtime canine companion 1 year ago, he developed separation anxiety and has recently shown stress‑related guarding toward a new puppy. I believe he would thrive as an only dog or with a mature, confident dog in a calm, stable home where he can feel secure and enjoy his senior years.
