yukon

Meet Yukon: Basically A Cartoon.Yukon is a rascally goofball of a red Husky who firmly believes life is better with a little more running, playing, mischief, and general shenanigans. And honestly... he may have a point. Yukon is a goofy, energetic, incredibly fun-loving guy with enough personality to keep you entertained and just enough sass to make sure you never get too comfortable.Yukon is friendly, playful, and always ready for his next adventure. He is tolerant of other dogs and could potentially be a great match for a confident, playful canine companion who can appreciate his Husky-style enthusiasm. He did not test well with cats, though, so a feline-free home is a must.Yukon can also become particularly hyper-focused when it comes to high-value goodies like rawhides and other prized possessions. Because of this, we firmly recommend a household without small children where everyone can respect his boundaries around special items. The right family will understand that even the goofiest dogs deserve a little space when they're enjoying their treasures. But don't let those considerations overshadow the big picture: Yukon is a **very friendly, very fun dog** with personality to spare. If your household is missing some humor, playfulness, sass, dramatic flair, and a four-legged accomplice for life's daily hijinks, Yukon might just be your guy. He'll bring the zany vivacity. You bring the sense of humor. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an application on our website www.savehomelessanimals.org. SAVE is operating by appointment-only for approved adopters.
