Meet salem
Those ears! The first thing everyone says when they meet Salem!
She came to us over a year ago with a broken jaw, unknown how it happened she ended up in a shelter and we pulled her out to get treatment. She had a full recovery and was adopted quickly. As she grew up the resident dog decided she no longer liked her, they tried medication unsuccessfully, and she ended up coming back into the rescue. We have had her board and trained and with some foster siblings to see if she gets along, so far so good! Adopters with dogs will require meet and greets as she seems to be dog selective. She is a little insecure but very affectionate and incredibly intelligent.
