Meet leia
Leia was born in 2019 from an accidental pairing between two farm dogs, a Great Pyrenees and an Australian Shepherd. We brought her home when she was around 8 weeks old, after she spent those first weeks with her mama. She’s now 7 years old and has been part of our family for most of her life!
Leia is a sweet, laid-back girl who loves lounging around, relaxing, and getting cuddles. She’s very low-maintenance and is usually happiest just hanging out near her people. She does get excited when meeting new people, especially those she isn’t familiar with, and may jump up to greet them. It’s excitement rather than aggression; she just gets enthusiastic when meeting someone new! Most of the time, she’s a pretty lazy girl who loves a good nap and a cozy place to relax.
As our family has gotten busier, we’ve realized that Leia would really benefit from a home where she can get more intentional one-on-one attention, regular exercise, and extra time outdoors.
