Meet layla
Layla is guessed to be an approximately 2 year old Cattle Dog mix. She is a shy girl who is looking to learn what a warm, forever home feels like.
She's sweet and eager to play, has a playfully silly and a bit mischevious side and loves to romp with other dogs, or take sweet pets from trusted humans.
She did very well at a recent adoption event, and did amazing accepting pets from kids. She really would thrive in a home with a gentle chld she can pal around with!
She's great meeting our shelter kitties, she came to us from a hoarding case in Oklahoma where she was found with all of her brothers and sisters.
She does, however, need to learn some house manners like stealing things that are not dog toys and does seem to herd other dogs a bit when out playing once her instinct kicks in! She can be called off relatively easy, but it is definitely a trait you'll want to be aware of and will want to curb as soon as you can.
So far, all of her siblings who came to us before her have done wonderfully adjusting to lives in safe homes. Apply for this beautiful, kind girl today
