Meet champ
Meet Champ, he is a three year-old Pit Bull, Catahoula Leopard dog. Long story short, he was never supposed to be my dog - I implored my family to not get another dog, due to prior poor training, but against my wishes they got him anyways. He did not get the opportunity to get properly socialized with people and other dogs as a pup, so when I was able to get stability of my own (since I was a minor) I took over in his training, but recently balancing college, and two jobs to maintain living has not been feasible. Which is not fair for Champ, so this is why I’m reaching out to you guys for help. I will be completely transparent he has a bite history, he is a very anxious dog and doesn’t react well when new people come out of no where, so it’s important you work slowly and at his pace making sure everyone is safe and comfortable. I’m currently muzzle training him and he is as sweet as can be when he gets to know you. I’m running out of space, but if you’re interested please reach out!
