hank

This is Hank, he’s roughly 2-3 years old. He was kept as strictly an outdoor dog in Nashville, TN in extreme heat and cold where he was used for backyard breeding. Since being rescued, he’s now fully vaccinated, microchipped, neutered, and completed his heart worm treatment. He is fully potty trained and crate trained and loves wearing a sweater when he’s cold, and is getting better by the day walking on a leash with his harness on. He does wonderfully with positive reinforcement or treat bribes. Hank loves spending time with his people and getting all the pets, and will sit and give paw for a treat. There’s nothing he won’t do for a snack, and will accept his nails being filed for some belly rubs. When he’s having fun and playing he does sound like a gremlin rather than a dog. He’s people friendly and indifferent to other pets being around. His favorite place to be is on the couch.
