Meet dolce
Dolce was at the Houston SPCA when I was in Texas in 2022. "Dolce" seemed perfect for her name because "sweet" is the first thing that comes to mind when one meets her. This sweet, loyal, playful girl loves to go on walks and to be chased when outside playing (she particularly enjoys impressing her humans by sprinting into surprise barrel rolls - I try my best to catch it on video but she's just too dang fast!). Warms up and plays well with other dogs and new humans. Her happy place is curling up on the couch, in bed, or on the floor beside you chewing a bully stick or new toy. She knows some basic commands, but eager to please and quick to learn more. She would do well with someone who has a more consistent schedule and likes frequent walks/runs.
She is 5yo and a very good girl and companion pup. The only reason we're seeking a new home is due to my new schedule limiting time at home more than in the past. Reach out if you'd like to meet this silly, sweetpea to see if you're a match.
