Gus is still searching for his furever home! This sweet boy has settled into a wonderful routine with his foster family and is ready to find the people he can call his own.
At six years old, Gus is the perfect combination of grown-up manners and playful fun. He's a happy, well-behaved guy who loves spending time with his people, playing with his foster brother, going for many walks, and of course he never says no to a good game of fetch! Gus still has plenty of silly, playful energy and genuinely loves enjoying life alongside his humans.
Gus already knows several basic commands, including sit, down, and drop it, and he is crate trained. These days, though, he doesn't need to be crated when left home alone because he does wonderfully with his freedom and can be trusted to behave while his family is away.
Gus does have allergies that are well managed with a special diet and medication. He'll need a family who is willing to continue his routine and give him the little bit of extra TLC that keeps him feeling his best.
This sweet, fun-loving boy has so much love and life to share.
