Meet atlas
This is Atlas, our 3-year-old mastiff who will be turning 4 on Valentine’s Day.
We brought Atlas home from a breeder in California when he was just three months old in 2023, and he’s been part of our family ever since.
Unfortunately, with a baby on the way, we’ve had to make the heartbreaking decision to look into finding Atlas a new home.
Atlas is an incredibly loving, affectionate, and loyal dog. He’s happiest when he’s right next to his people, whether that’s sleeping on the couch, playing, or simply keeping you company. He’s a big boy at around 130 pounds, but most of the time, all he wants to do is relax and be loved.
In our experience, Atlas has gotten along well with other animals, although he can sometimes be a little overwhelming because of his size and playful personality.
We do want to be completely transparent about his behavior. Atlas has shown protective and guarding behavior around children, including preventing adults from approaching them.
