Meet bear
🐻💔 BEAR DOESN’T NEED ANOTHER TEMPORARY HOME… HE NEEDS HIS FOREVER PERSON. 💔🐻
Our sweet 3-year-old Chihuahua mix, Bear, is once again searching for a place to call home. 🥺
Sadly, his previous adoption wasn’t quite the right fit, and this little guy has been bounced around more times than any dog deserves.
And every time he starts to settle in, his world changes again. 💔
Bear isn’t a bad dog. He’s a little dog with some big feelings who needs someone willing to understand him. ❤️
🐾 A little about Bear:
💕 Once he trusts you, he has SO much love to give!
🏡 Potty training is going great! He’s making wonderful progress!
😴 Working on crate training and learning that being alone doesn’t have to be scary.
🥺 Struggles with significant separation anxiety. He gets very worried when his person leaves.
🐶🐱 Needs slow introductions and time to feel comfortable around other dogs and cats.
❤️ Needs patience, consistency and reassurance while he learns to trust again.
🏡 Bear’s Dream Home:
🐻 Someone retired or working from home who can spend lots of time with him.
💕 A quieter, predictable environment where he can finally settle in.
🐾 Ideally, a home without other pets so he can soak up all the love and attention.
❤️ Someone willing to work through his separation anxiety and continue his training.
Most importantly, someone who isn’t going to give up on him because he needs a little extra time.
Bear may not be the dog who walks into your home and immediately acts like he’s lived there forever.
He needs time. He needs patience. He needs someone who will celebrate the little victories.
But imagine being the person who finally shows this sweet boy that he doesn’t have to keep starting over. 🥹
We don’t want Bear to have to experience another heartbreak. We’re looking for a family who understands his needs and is truly committed to helping him feel safe and secure.
He doesn’t need a perfect person. He needs the RIGHT person. ❤️
