Hi there! I’m Boone, and I’m looking for a family to call my own! 🤠🐶

My story started with a pretty heartbreaking chapter. My mama’s owner passed away, leaving her and all of us puppies behind. Thankfully, we’re getting our chance at a fresh start, and now I’m ready to find the family I’ve been waiting for. ❤️

First things first, I’m the BIGGEST puppy in the litter! I guess somebody had to take on the responsibility of being the gentle giant, and apparently, I drew the short straw. 😂 But don’t let my size fool you. I’m just a big ol’ softie with a heart to match!

In fact, I’m such a lovable dork that taking my photos was practically impossible. The humans kept trying to get pictures of me, but I had a much better idea: getting them to pet me! Why would I pose for a camera when there are perfectly good hands available for belly rubs and ear scratches? Priorities, people! 🤷‍♂️😂

As for my breed, we’re thinking Catahoula x Australian Shepherd x Blue Heeler… but we have absolutely no idea who Dad was. He could’ve been any of the above, all of the above, or the neighborhood mailman’s dog for all we know! One thing’s for sure: with those possible genetics, I may come with some brains, energy, and personality mixed in with all this sweetness.

I have a joyful spirit and a super sweet personality. I’m the kind of pup who makes you smile just by being around, whether I’m clumsily trying to get your attention, enthusiastically greeting you, or reminding you that petting me is always more important than whatever else you thought you needed to do. I have a feeling I’m going to be VERY good at keeping my future family entertained!

Mama weighs around 55 pounds, and I’m expected to be about that size myself when I’m all grown up. So while I’m currently the big brother of the bunch, I’ll likely grow into a medium-sized dog with a whole lot of love to give.

With my possible Catahoula, Aussie, and Heeler heritage, I’ll benefit from an active home that provides exercise, training, and mental stimulation. Walks, adventures, games, and learning new things will help me grow into the best boy I can be. And don't worry, I fully intend to schedule plenty of cuddle breaks into my busy calendar. 😉

If you’re looking for a gentle, goofy, ridiculously sweet best friend with a joyful spirit and a talent for making even the simplest moments more fun, I might just be your guy. I may be the biggest puppy in the litter, but my heart might be even bigger. ❤️
