Hi, my name is Tokyo and I am from Oklahoma!
Meet Tokyo!
Tokyo is a sweet, playful husky/mix. He loves people, gets along great with other dogs, and wants to be your little shadow! He may be a bit shy at first, but warms up into a loyal companion who loves snuggling after playtime.
He’s an exceptional car rider!
He is food motivated, He is learning basic commands with treats, doing well on a leash, and responds nicely to redirection.
He’s already sleeping through the night in his kennel without accidents!
Potty training is going well - he's using puppy pads and reliably goes outside when taken out. He’ll need patience and consistency as he continues learning.
He’s also learning to feel comfortable spending time alone.
Gets along great with other dogs; a buddy would be a bonus, but isn’t required.
He currently barks at and chases the resident cats. I think he can be better with training as he's easily redirected.
