Meet rocco
As a puppy he had food/ possession aggression and we worked on that. He does good now, he just does not like to be pet while eating. He turned 1 yr old July 10th. I love him, he is SO smart and learns fast and loves to play. Now that he is a year old, he is showing some temperament issues. I have a very busy home, kids in and out all the time, and he’s started to growl and snarl at people. And today when I tried correcting him he growled and tried to nip at me. It breaks my heart to think of rehoming him. But I draw the line at him acting sketchy with people. I have a little girl and her friends who come in our home, and not a risk I’m ever willing to take. I love him, but I love these kids more. I think he will do great with someone experienced, who has the resources for training, a home without kids or cats (we have cats and he does ok, he just chases and annoys them), and he does ok with my sisters dogs because he grew up around them, but not sure how he would do with other dogs.
