Meet Spikey! 🐾❤️
Spikey is a sweet adult boy who is searching for a quiet, loving home where he can feel safe and cherished. While he can be a little timid at first, underneath his shy exterior lies a devoted companion looking for his special person.
His Personality & Preferences:
People Person: Spikey much prefers the company of humans over other dogs. He will tolerate doggy siblings, but he likes having his own space and will politely let other pets know to back off when he's settled in his favorite spot.
The Ultimate Lap Dog: There’s nothing Spikey loves more than a cozy lap to snuggle in. Being held and comforted helps him realize that the big world isn't so scary after all.
Shadow Companion: Once he gains confidence in his human, he becomes a loyal shadow—happily resting right at your feet wherever you go.
Foodie at Heart: Spikey is a fan of delicious food (he’s definitely a fan of healthy "people food" treats!), though he prefers taking snacks only from those he knows and trusts rather than strangers.
Ideal Home:
Spikey needs a gentle, patient home where he can build his confidence at his own pace. While he’s learning to be an independent boy, he secretly loves being pampered and having his person take care of things for him! A calm environment with a warm lap ready for cozy cuddles is his absolute dream.
If you're ready to earn the trust of a loyal, sweet little guy who will stay by your side, Spikey is ready to meet you! 🐶✨
