jake (senior)

🐾 Meet Jake! 🐾My name is Jake, and I am a 12-year-old Australian Shepherd mix weighing 53 pounds. I may be a senior gentleman, but don’t let my age fool you—I still LOVE to play! 🎾❤️I was rescued from a terrible situation where I was living with 22 cats and another dog. SpayMart stepped in to rescue the cats, and when they realized that we dogs would be in danger at a municipal shelter, they reached out to ARNO. ARNO came to our rescue, too, and gave us the chance we desperately needed. 🐾I am a sweet, intelligent and loving boy, and I have a very important skill: I am GREAT with cats! 😻 I am heartworm negative and recently had a dental, so I am feeling good and ready for my next chapter. My foster family says I am playful and that I absolutely LOVE FETCH! 🎾 I’m also good on a leash and really enjoy going for walks. So if you’re looking for a loyal companion who can enjoy a nice stroll and then have some fun with a game of fetch, I might just be your guy! After everything I’ve been through, I’m hoping my next home will be my forever home. I have so much love left to give. ❤️Jake is ready to meet you!🐾 Adopt. Foster.
