Meet mia
Meet Mia (aka Schmi or Miar-Piar)! Mia is estimated to be 6 years old and has been with us for almost 5 years. She is the biggest sweetheart who absolutely LOVES her people and wants nothing more than to be close to you. Her favorite place is snuggled under the covers with her head on your pillow, soaking up all the love.
She loves sunbathing, chasing critters, running around outside, and then coming in to lounge beside you.
Mia is dog-reactive and can bark, jump, and become stressed when she sees other dogs. We aren’t sure of the full extent of her reactivity, so she would need to be the only dog in her home. She has never shown aggression toward people and absolutely adores humans.
She is patient and tolerant with our young daughter, but we believe she would thrive most in a home without young children, where she can be the center of attention. Older, respectful kids could be a great fit.
Mia has so much love to give. She just needs a home where she can be someone’s whole world.
