🐾💙 Meet Linden – The Tall, Lanky, Playful Poodle Mix! 💙🐾

🎂 Age: ~1 year (DOB ~8/1/25)
🐕 Breed: Poodle Mix – ~25 lbs (extremely lean, but very tall & lanky)
♂️ Male

🩺 Spayed/Neutered/Shots: Neutered; UTD on Rabies, Bordetella & DHPP; dewormed, microchipped & UTD on flea/heartworm prevention.

🐶🐱👧 Good with dogs, cats & kids: Good with everything he’s met! However, he will likely be too much for senior animals because he thinks EVERYONE is his new best friend and wants to play. 😂

⚠️ Aggression or medical issues?: None known.

🏡 Reason for rehoming: Pulled from Animal Control after being found as a stray with no owner coming forward.

🥰 Additional info/personality:

Linden had a ROUGH start. He arrived at Animal Control extremely matted and had to be shaved. We still haven't had a chance to fix the unfortunate foot situation they left us with, but his feet will be cleaned up before adoption. 😂

He then arrived to us with a severe URI, including one eye that was swollen and matted shut. Thankfully, we've gotten through all of that, and underneath it all was one REALLY sweet dog. ❤️

Linden is extremely friendly, loves hugs and cuddles, and is loyal off leash. He LOVES to play and is definitely higher-energy than most of the doodles I've had. He is NOT simply a couch potato and will need a home that gives him an outlet for all that energy.

He's also quite vocal when playing, although thankfully he isn't demanding about it. 😂

We will prioritize homes with other playful dogs, not because Linden mentally depends on another dog, but because playing with the other dogs is quite literally his favorite thing in the world. I'm not sure I've even seen him touch a toy because he'd much rather wrestle with a canine friend! 😂

🛁 GROOMING REQUIREMENTS: If you're considering a Poodle mix, grooming is NOT optional! Linden will need professional grooming approximately every 4–6 weeks AND thorough brushing at home at least weekly to prevent painful matting. He does appear to have a non-shedding coat, but that also means his coat requires regular maintenance.
